This notice is to inform you of the NEW and EXCITING program that we are implementing with our SELLERS. This program is called "The Sellers Incentive Club Program", specified as (SIC) within the MLS.
This is a CHANCE TO WIN a $10,000 bonus just for selling one of Dennis’ "SIC Bonus Listings".
HOW IT WORKS:
Every participating listing has a message in the remarks section of the MLS listing. The mark is "SIC".
For every 40 listings that sell and close, we will pay a $10,000 cash bonus to the winning selling Realtor/Company*.
Upon closing of the 40th participating "SIC Bonus" property, we will have a drawing to determine the $10,000 winning Realtor.
HOW A REALTOR BECOMES ELIGIBLE:
The offer on a "SIC Bonus" property must be accepted, closed and recorded.
Must have a signed "Broker Consent Agreement" on file with Dennis J. Rath and ERA Rath Realtors at the time of the drawing.
Eligible Realtors must be present at the drawing to win.

Every licensed Realtor is eligible to participate in The Dennis Rath
Sellers Incentive Club program with the opportunity to win $10,000 and are subject to these Rules and Regulations;
Eligible properties in the Seller Incentive Club will be appropriately identified. The eligible properties will have "SIC" in the brokers remarks portion of the MLS data sheet for all Realtors to be able to easily identify which properties are in the program.
Every time forty (40) SIC homes have closed,* a drawing from eligible official entry cards will take place to determine the $10,000 winner.
Dennis J. Rath will announce each drawing two-weeks prior to the drawing.
All eligible Realtors must be present at the time of drawing to win.
The sum of $10,000 will be awarded to the winner of each drawing. The check
will be made to the selling Realtor’s Company to which they have their
licenses under. The "winning" Realtor’s broker is to determine how the check
will be made out.
The Selling Realtor for each eligible SIC home that has closed and for which commission has been dispersed, will receive one official entry card for the $10,000 drawing.
Each selling Realtor who qualified for an entry must have an active real estate li-
cense and a signed "All Parties Consent Agreement" on file with Dennis J. Rath of
ERA Rath Realtors at the time of the drawing in order to be an eligible entrant.
If 40 SIC homes have not sold and Closed within 36 months of the program start date of 9/26/2009. The drawing will be held and all eligible entries will be included in the drawing at that time.
